What is IGNITE™?

IGNITE, is a downloadable mind-body cardio workout that can be used on a bike, elliptical, treadmill, or stair- climber. This 60-minute guided workout uses cardio equipment as a tool to move inside. During this workout participants learn the art of integrating the mind, body and heart through mindfulness techniques, heart rate profiles and powerful questions to guide introspection and inspiration. Use your body as your teacher, with the understanding that life is happening for you, not to you.
